At Mud Sweat and Gears, we want to ensure your gear is as ready for the trail as you are. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box if possible.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
